Modern medicine is actively implementing an integrated approach to patient rehabilitation. On 16 November, the Department of Medical and Psychological Rehabilitation held an interactive lesson "12 Squares" aimed at understanding one's inner self. Psychologist Lesya Pokhilo used this method to help her patients. The main goal of the class was to teach people to understand and perceive themselves, their emotions, and internal resources. The interactive approach allows for a more effective impact on the patient's psychological state and contributes to their rapid rehabilitation.
