About Institution

The Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kyiv is a state medical and preventive institution that provides qualified outpatient, and inpatient medical care, the opportunity to undergo medical examination and rehabilitation to the attached contingent and other citizens on the terms of the concluded agreements, according to the legislation of Ukraine.

The main goal of the Institution is to provide medical services at the highest level of quality, which corresponds to the highest accreditation category. To facilitate the achievement of this strategic goal, we have developed and implemented a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of DSTU ISO 9001:2015 (ISO 9001:2015). 

The polyclinic and hospital of the Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were built according to an individual project, taking into account the necessary comfortable conditions for the stay and treatment of patients. Inpatient wards are designed for 1-2 patients with separate bathrooms, equipped with special furniture.

The treatment and diagnostic process in the structural units of the institution are carried out in accordance with the requirements of quality standards and local treatment protocols.

Equipping with modern equipment, and a high professional level of medical staff, the introduction of new modern technologies contributed to the highest accreditation category (accreditation certificate of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine № 012230).

In addition to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in the institution, a medical examination is carried out to issue various certificates and conclusions.

The hospital of the Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs consists of:

• inpatient hospital with 6 departments,
• polyclinic for 1100 visits per day,
• functional diagnostics department,
• physiotherapy department with an acupuncture room,
• ultrasound diagnostics and
• endoscopy,
• clinical diagnostic laboratory,
• radiology room,
• pharmacy.

The polyclinic of the Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs consists of:

• 2 therapeutic departments,
• surgical department,
• neurological department
• dental department,
• office of orthopedic dentistry,
• oncology ward,
• trauma room,
• urology department,
• gynecological office,
• dermatology room;
• ophthalmology room
• otolaryngology room,
• infectious diseases room
• cardiology room,
• endocrinology room.

Schedule of the polyclinic

from 8.00 to 18.00 (on weekdays)

from 9.00 to 18.00 (Saturday)

doctor on duty daily from 9.00 to 18.00.
