In case of emergency medical care, persons who are under medical care in the State Institution "TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the city of Kyiv and Kyiv region" can be delivered to the hospital of the TMA by the team of the Centre for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine of Kyiv (103). Kyiv" (phone number 103) upon presentation of a TMA pass.

         Patients are hospitalized in accordance with the agreement signed with the Centre for EMC and Disaster Medicine.
