Providing quality psychological assistance and support to our defenders is an important topic that requires attention.

In order to get acquainted with the practical component of the regulatory framework, reporting, and documents on the topic "The importance of providing psychological assistance and support to our defenders", a working meeting was held between the Head of the Psychological Support Department Andrii Kostiuk and his deputy Denys Romanenko and the Head of the Centre for Psychiatric Care and Professional Psychophysiological Selection of the State Institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the city of Kyiv" Borys Baskakov.

We also had a chance to talk to Myroslava Kucherenko, Head of the Medical Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Department of the Centre for Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy of the State Institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kyiv", who shared her experience and showed the practical side of the work of the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

The specialists of the Kyiv City MIA TMA introduced the staff of the MIA Psychological Service to the practical part of the documents they had read, exchanged working experience, and reinforced their theoretical knowledge.
