In order to improve the quality of service, the MIA of Ukraine's TMA regularly conducts psychological training for its staff, which is aimed at increasing the professional stress resistance of its personnel. Practical psychologist Valentyna Kurinna conducted a training session with registrars on "How to deal with stress" and talked about basic grounding techniques.
          During the training, the topics of stabilisation of the emotional state and rational perception of the life situation were discussed. Participants also learned about the processes of self-knowledge, self-acceptance, self-regulation and self-control.
          During the session, the registrars exchanged views on stressful situations at work, assessed their own satisfaction with various areas of life, and worked on relaxation and psycho-gymnastic exercises.
