The doctors of the Kyiv MIA TMA are constantly working to improve their knowledge and skills. 
        3 In order to improve the level of psychological and psychiatric care provided by specialists, on 26 June 2023, the Head of the Centre for Psychiatric Care and Professional Psychophysiological Selection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kyiv held a class on "Reactive mental disorders. Provision of psychiatric, psychological, psychocorrectional, psychotherapeutic assistance to persons with reactive mental disorders".
        The report covered syndromic variants of the disease, diagnosis (the main clinical signs are the Jaspers triad), groups of reactive psychoses, the need for differential diagnosis with other psychiatric pathologies, and treatment methods. During the training, the psychologists also paid special attention to helping military personnel who have suffered combat trauma and who have an acute reaction to stress (adaptation disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder).
       The psychiatrists and psychologists of the Centre for Psychiatric Care and Professional Psychophysiological Evaluation discussed all the issues and key aspects of the training and are ready to help patients using their new knowledge.
