The Social and Humanitarian Sector is located at 85a Vyshgorodska Street, Kyiv. Consultations on social and humanitarian issues are provided by the sector's employees by calling the following telephone numbers: 228-95-54, 228-96-68 for pensioners of the Kyiv city police, 223-09-41 for pensioners of the Kyiv region police.
For the convenience of obtaining the necessary certificates issued by the Social and Humanitarian Affairs Sector, at the request of pensioners, the relevant application can be submitted to the office of the State Institution "TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kyiv" (19 Platon Maiboroda St., Kyiv, room 708) or directly to the employees of the Social and Humanitarian Affairs Sector (85a Vyshhorodska St., Kyiv).
Pensioners of internal affairs agencies of Kyiv and Kyiv region receive the issued certificates with a personal signature and registration in the journal of the Social and Humanitarian Affairs Sector.
With the consent of the pensioners, the Social and Humanitarian Affairs Sector may send the certificates directly to the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Kyiv (16 Bulvarno-Kudriavska St.) with copies of the documents sent to the applicants at their place of residence.

The Social and Humanitarian Affairs Sector of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kyiv for Pensioners of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kyiv and Kyiv Region is located on the second floor, room 215, 216, and is open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30.
Reception of citizens is held from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:30. Documents are processed from 13:00 to 16:30.
